Sensex seems to be indecisive on whether to head towards 16100 or 17700-18000 with wild gyrations in the near term.
No follow up buying or selling seen !! Continue to wait and watch let the markets decide !

Yet again trading has become difficult as breakouts are not being followed up with price and volumes so is a breakdown not seen with volumes.
Such volatile movements are very difficult to trade so would suggest to reduce volumes till further clarity is seen.

Mutliple tops seen around 365-368 zone. Buy on crossover above 368 with volumes or on close above 375 for a target of 400 + in short term.
Nifty :: After an bearish candle Nifty made High Wave Thrusting Line bullish candle with volume.. After an huge volatility Nifty able to hold our midterm buying support 4900 and given close above 5000 level.. Be careful at higher level overall chart structure already damage at higher level.. Still Nifty below Single top high 5110..As far as stay below 5110 momentum looks weak. Our strategy for 7th Oct. Sell at high (S.L 5110) buy in deep (S.L 4993).. Resistance for up move at 5051/5060/5076/5086/5110/5139/5177.. Supports at 5007/4993/4958/4921/4900…
